European Digital Group (EDG) is a digital transformation and digital marketing services group for key accounts and SMEs. Founded in 2019 by Vincent Klingbeil, EDG has enjoyed sustained growth through a combination of organic development and strategic acquisitions, underpinned by a virtuous entrepreneurial and business model.
EDG's offering is built around five key areas: technology and cybersecurity, data & AI, marketing performance, digital content and growth gas pedals. EDG brings together the best experts in the market and masters all the levers of digital to offer its customers a multi-specialist offering across the entire value chain.
NiXEN has decided to participate in this LBO as a co-investor alongside Latour Capital. Montefiore is the historic investor and remains significant in the new transaction.
