PROCESSING CLAIMS

A complaint is a statement of a client's dissatisfaction with NIXEN PARTNERS. A request for information, advice, clarification, service or performance is not a claim.

How to submit a complaint

Complaints can be sent to the attention of NIXEN PARTNERS General Management:

  • Or to the client's usual contact at the management company.
     

Complaints may be submitted in French or English. Claims processing is free of charge.

Claim processing time

NIXEN PARTNERS will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of dispatch of the written complaint. A reply will be sent to you within a maximum of 2 months from the date your claim was sent. If further research is required beyond this period, NIXEN PARTNERS undertakes to inform you of the progress made in processing the claim at the end of the period.

 

Recourse to the Mediator

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you may contact the Ombudsman of the Autorité des marchés financiers :

Please note that the Autorité des marchés financiers has drawn up a mediation charter, which can be found on the AMF Ombudsman page at www.amf-france.org.
